All meetings take place on the second Monday of the month and are held at Kingdon House, Pym Street, Tavistock. Meetings start at 7:30pm and finish at 9:30pm. Visitors are welcome to come along to any of the programmed events - excluding life drawing - for a small fee (usually £5 per evening).
Refreshments are available at 50p. Remember that, for the practical sessions (marked with ** beside the date), you will have to bring your own art materials.

|9th September||Two Rivers Paper Making - Neil Hopkins Neil has been making paper for 12 years. He studied biology at college, ended up working as a chemist for Cadbury's at Keynsham. He then found a niche with colleague and friend Jim Patterson making beautiful handmade artist's paper at Pitt Mill, Roadwater.|

Using oil pastels Steve captures the drama and mood that light creates in landscape and still life studies.
|11th November||Powdermills Potteries - Joss Hibbs
Joss has been resident potter at Powdermills since 1999. The result is a rustic range of pots designed for everyday use, which Joss believes reflect the landscape that surrounds the pottery.
|9th December **||Pen and Ink - Ley Roberts
Ley co-owns the Lime Kiln Gallery in Calstock with her husband and she has built a strong reputation for her pen and ink drawings. She will demonstrate several techniques of how to achieve the best from your pen and ink drawing.

Enjoy an evening with internationally known artist of Dartmoor wildlife. Robin brings with him a reminder of the beauty and richness of Dartmoor’s natural habitat.
